Our Beliefs
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three equal persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Matthew 28:19-20; Matthew 3:16-17; 2 Corinthians 13:14
We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and is fully God and fully man. We believe He lived a sinless life and accomplished God’s redemptive purpose through His life, death, and resurrection. We believe redemption and salvation are guaranteed by His literal, physical resurrection from the dead. We believe He sits at the right hand of the Father now in heaven, as a High Priest to His people, and He intercedes and advocates for His own.
John 1:1-3, 14; Matthew 1:18-23; Philippians 2:5-8; 2 Corinthians 5:21; 1 Peter 2:24; Romans 14:9; 1 Corinthians 15:4; Ephesians 2:8; Hebrews 4:15
We believe that the Holy Spirit is sent by the Lord Jesus Christ from the Father and that He restrains evil in the world and convicts the world of sin. He also makes possible the spiritual rebirth of those who receive Christ as their Savior, indwells them, and empowers them to live in victory over sin. We believe the Holy Spirit seals believers unto the day of redemption and bestows spiritual gifts on them for the edification of the whole church.
John 14:16-17; John 15:26; John 16:7-8; Acts 1:8; Romans 8:9; Romans 12:6-8; Ephesians 3:16; Ephesians 4:30; 1 Corinthians 12:4-11
We believe that the Bible is the inerrant and infallible Word of God, a divine revelation completely inspired by the Holy Spirit and therefore wholly without error as originally given by God. It is the final authority for faith, doctrine, and conduct.
2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:19-21
We believe that God created all things in heaven and earth in a literal six-day process as recorded and described in Scripture in the book of Genesis.
Genesis 1-2:3; Psalm 33:6-11
We believe that man was created in the image and likeness of God, to be innocent, and was given dominion over creation. Adam the first man freely chose sin over obedience in the Garden and brought both spiritual and physical death to himself, his posterity, and his world.
As a result of Adam’s sin, all men are guilty of Adam’s original sin, the whole human race fell from God’s grace, are unable and unwilling to come to God, and are guilty of personal sins. Man has inherited a sinful nature, is alienated from God, and is in need of salvation. We believe that apart from Christ, man is self-centered, self-willed, unable to break from sin, and therefore spiritually dead and lost.
Genesis 1:26-27; Genesis 3:1-24; John 3:3-5; Romans 5:12-21; Romans 3:23; Ephesians 2:1-3
We believe in the reality and existence of Satan as the great adversary of God and His people. We also believe in the reality and existence of hell a place of eternal separation from God reserved for all those who reject Jesus and His teachings.
1 Peter 5:8-9; Revelation 12:1-20; 20:10-15
We believe that salvation is a sovereign gift of God and is received by man through personal faith in Jesus Christ who died a substitutionary death upon the cross, providing the only way to salvation. Man is justified by grace through faith, not by works. We believe that Jesus is the way and the truth and the life and that no one comes to the Father except through Him.
Ephesians 1:3-7; 2:5-9; 1 Peter 1:18-19; 2:24; Titus 3:5-7; John 14:6
We believe the church is the Body and Bride of Christ and is a spiritual organism made up of all born-again true believers of this present age. We also believe that the church began at Pentecost and Jesus Christ has given the church the keys of the kingdom to fulfill His plan to share the gospel and make disciples of all nations. We also believe that the local church is made up of a group of people who profess to believe in Jesus Christ. They assemble voluntarily in one locality to fellowship, worship, study the Word of God, observe ordinances, practice Kingdom service, and minister to one another and the suffering.
Acts 2:42-47; Ephesians 1:19-23; 4:11-16; 5:25-32; 1 Corinthians 1:1-2; 12:12-31; Matthew 16:18-19
We believe that the Christian Life is a life of holiness, righteousness, and separation from the sinful ways and practices of this world, and cannot be lived without the help of the Holy Spirit. It is a way of life lived to reflect and bring glory to Christ as taught in Scripture. We are to keep ourselves Holy in all areas of our lives, speak the truth in love, exhibit the fruit of the Spirit, maintain a life of fellowship and prayer, and walk in love.

We believe that God is the creator and sustainer of life, man is created in the image of God, and thus all life is sacred from conception to one’s appointed time of death.
Genesis 1:26-27; Jeremiah 1:5; Psalms 139:13-16, Acts 17:24-28
We believe that God, in His own time and in His own way, will bring an end to the world. Jesus Christ will personally return visibly to the earth, and the dead will be raised, and Christ will judge all men in righteousness. The righteous will receive glorified bodies and will receive their reward and will dwell forever in Heaven with the Lord and the unrighteous will dwell in hell, a place of everlasting punishment, in separation from God.
Matthew 24; John 3:16; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17;Revelation 20:11-15
We believe the Christian should observe the ordinances of our Lord Jesus Christ which include: the baptism of believers upon confession of faith in Christ as personal Savior, the communion service of the bread and the cup representing the broken body and shed blood of our Lord, the laying on of hands to impart the gifts of God, the anointing of people and things with oil and anointed clothing (prophetic mantle), prophetic utterances, and the confession of the Word of God.

We believe in water baptism by immersion. We believe that water baptism by immersion is a direct commandment of our Lord, and it is for believers only. Through this ordinance, we identify with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection. This ordinance however is not to be regarded as a means of salvation.
Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:4; Colossians 2:12; Acts 8: 36-39
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost and fire, a gift our Lord Jesus promised to all believers in this dispensation that God gives when we become born again. This experience is accompanied initially by speaking in other tongues through the utterance the Holy Spirit gives and signifies the release of divine power which enables the believer to live a life of empowerment.
Matthew 3:11; John 7:37-39; Acts 1:8; 2:38-39
We believe in the doctrine of sanctification as a definite, yet progressive work of grace, which begins at the time of new birth and continues until the consummation of salvation at Christ’s return. We strive to perfect holiness in the fear of God because without holiness no man can see the Lord.
Hebrews 12:14; 2 Corinthian 7:1; 1 Thessalonians 5:23, 2 Peter 3:1; 2 Corinthians 3:18; Philippians 3:12-14
We believe that signs and wonders are the supernatural acts of God that are manifest in the natural world. These acts are beyond human, natural, and scientific explanations yet verifiable with undeniable proof. They are the raw manifestations of the power of the Holy Spirit in the natural through a human agent.
Acts 4:16; 1 Corinthians 12; Joel 2:28-32
We believe that divine healing is a supernatural act of the Holy Spirit that results in the supernatural process of recovery from all manner of sicknesses and diseases and the total restoration of health.
